Calgary Folk Music Fest
July 21 - 24, 2022
A local favourite in the center of Prince's Island Park, the annual Calgary Folk Music Fest offers an experience the whole family can enjoy with arts vendors, food trucks, live music and over 65 artists. Immerse yourself in a weekend of song and dance outdoors at this Team Calgary partner event.
Fiestaval
July 22 - 24, 2022
Downtown Calgary transforms into a big fiesta for three days in Olympic Plaza. Bring your family and enjoy over 25 authentic food vendors, hundreds of national and international performers, an artisan market, a kids play area and beer gardens.
Afro Caribbean Food Festival
July 23, 2022
Head to St. Patrick’s Island for a celebration of the Caribbean, Africa, and everything in-between through food, culture, and music with some of the best views in the city. Sample delicious food and enjoy a live performance by Exco Levi as he performs his 2022 Juno Award nominated song, By Any Means, and many more.
Calgary Fringe Fest

Inglewood Sunfest

Chasing Summer Music Festival
July 30 - 31, 2022
Chasing Summer is Western Canada’s largest EDM event featuring 45+ artists for a vibrant music celebration at Max Bell Centre Festival Grounds. Notable names headlining this year are Excision, DJ Diesel (aka Shaquille O’neal), Armin Van Buuren, Fisher, Malaa and more.
Pickle Palooza

Pickle-lovers rejoice! A dill-ightful experience awaits with Granary Road’s first-ever Pickle Palooza. Explore a variety of delicious pickles across vendors with a mix of sweet and savoury pickles – take your pick or try them all. Country Thunder

Expo Latino Festival

Calgary Pride Parade and Festival
September 4, 2022
Celebrate Calgary's diverse and inclusive community with Calgary Pride Week running from August 26 - September 5, 2022. This culturally significant event is free, accessible and welcomes all 2SLGBTQ+ folks and allies to participate in events all week long. Following the Parade on Sunday, September 4th, join the community at Fort Calgary featuring performances, food trucks, kid-friendly activities, a marketplace and more.
