This market has been a fixture in Calgary for more than 25 years. With more than 150 vendors, the 100,000-squarefoot space sees more than a million visitors annually and offers everything from handcrafted jewelry to fresh guacamole. The Crossroads market operates indoors year-round and seasonally as an open market from June to October.
Located on the edge of the city, this outdoor market offers shopping with a gorgeous view of the Rocky Mountains. With close to 100 vendors, you can find a variety of locally grown or made Alberta products for sale. This seasonal market runs from the beginning of June into early October.
Hillhurst Sunnyside Market
This year-round market run by the Hillhurst Sunnyside Community Association occurss weekly, providing a great opportunity to interact with the community and pick up some fresh produce. A kid-friendly environment with live music, bouncy castles and face painting makes this market a great place for a family outing. A harvest festival concludes the summer market each year. The market is moved indoors from October to early May.
Inglewood Night Market
The Inglewood Night Market occurs every second Friday during the summer months. Over 50 local vendors are in attendance at each event selling a range of goods from vintage clothing to antiques to tasty artisian treats. There’s also live music, food trucks, and many more fun things to check out.
